Discounted Rates
I offer discounted rates for causes I support, specifically when commissioning an independent artist is not finacially viable. These discounts are case by-case and range anywhere from 30-70% based on your circumstances & the ammount of labor required.In some cases I will offer free services however I will offer this, it is not an option that can be requested.These rates are only avaliable to non-profits & activism organizers.I aim to reduce the use of AI in activism & non-profit organizing, and will also offer reduced rates if your organization agrees to no longer use AI, and is using it due to costs rather than ideological support for AI.

Who Do I Work With?
I care deeply about what my art is & is not used to promote, and maintain strict guidelines regarding such.If your organization supports or produces any of the following, I will not work with you:- Rightwing or centrist political values, including conspiracy theorists.- Active support for animal exploitation, including but not limited to animal agriculture, hunting/ fishing, improper animal husbandry
( This does NOT extend to food-based-services serving animal products, or indigenous communities who hunt/ fish)- Racism, homophobia/ transphobia, zionism, xenophobia/ ethnocentrism, etc.- Any organization who seeks to fund, increase adherence to, or otherwise premote religion.If you are a faith based organization who's values align with mine and you DONT require adherence or participation in a faith to receive services, fund a place of worship, or seek converts I am happy to work with you.Ie: a faith based charity to support Christian LGBT youth is 100% fine, a food bank that hands out bibles or seeks converts through services is not fine.To the exlusion of racism/ homophobia/ zionism etc, and right-wing values, I will still happily work with you if you hold these beliefs, i simply will not make work for organizations that aim to promote them.

TERMS OF USE
- You may NOT feed my work to AI in any context, for any reason.- You may not repurpose assets later to support any of the beliefs listed above.- You must inform me if my work will be used on a product.- You may not claim credit for my work, nor claim I work for you beyond contracting.- If my work is used in social media posts you must not remove my water mark. If you don't want a post water marked I must be credited in the description.- You may not give other organizations asset files to utilize without my permission.
REFUNDS & EXPECTATIONS
-Payment is accepted EXCLUSIVELY through the provided link or direct invoice.- I accept deadlines on a case-by-case basis. If i do not complete the work within the deadline you are entitled to a full refund, however this may take up to 2 weeks to process. Animation & digital painting commissions cannot accept deadlines shorter than 3 weeks- If you did not give a deadline, an 80% refund will be provided if the work is not completed in 3 months.- I will offer revisions throughout the process within reason. For example if I send a sketch and you want the pose changed after I've coloured, that cannot be gaurtenteed.
If my TOS is broken I reserve the right to revoke use of the content, abandoned the project without a refund, and blacklist further work.If payment is made through improper channels it will be returned and you may cancel your commission or pay through the correct method.
